    Default F Reynolds 7/8 wedge reground,and rescaled

This F Reynolds wedge was very pitted, and required quite a bit of material removal. It is a very good shaver now .....Belongs to a member here will go out Saturday.Regards GAry

Gary, your work always blows me away.
Even with with that much metal removal, this still looks like a wedge.... Is it slightly hollowed to achieve such a narrow edge bevel ?
If memory serves me you don't tape spines for honing.

Very nice work Gary! Happy to see that you were able to keep the maker's stamp on the tang. Love seeing your work.
