My Handmade Razor Display case
Here is my new display case
Its made out of cherry and stained in red oak. its 7.5" x 1.5" x 35.875" and holds 16 razors. I bought my first in Feb and now have 6. The collection has been growing pretty fast, 2 W&B, 1 Henckles, 1 Geo Wostrolm, 1 black diamond, and 1 E.E. Schaf. Let me know what you think of the case.

looks good mate.
does it have a glass front, or is that just a strange reflection of something (in the last pic)?

Great case. Looks like the glass slides out to the right ???
The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

I was thinking about putting a battery powered picture frame light on top and getting some brass corners. I believe that would finish it off nicely. Any ideas, i cant find a cheap and small frame light that doesn't look tackey.

It looks really nice. What are you using to support razors 3, 4, and 5?

Thanked: 402Looking very good!
Thinking about the small space you have for lighting (and not about money)
a glass fiber system with only one actual light source would come to my mind.Last edited by 0livia; 05-05-2009 at 02:31 PM.
