6923 8/8++ Barbers Use Blade only As New
Sold..........sold............sold Sorry fellows but this is sold so I cant answer any more inquiries about it
Wade and Butcher 8/8 very large "Barbers Use" This was probably made after 1880,and before 1891 .It is hollow ground with stabilizing shoulders.I just did a little clean up with blending compound,and took a little very light rust off the monkey tail ,and some by the pivot on the pile side.It is extra clean and should make an excellent shaver.I am going to list it on the site tomorrow and if somebody doesnt buy it I will put some period correct water buff scales on it and sell it as a complete razor.If someone wants it as a blade only I will put an edge on it (coarse to check the edge and geometry before shipping.)There are not many of these around in this condition,and it is not bargain priced.Best regards Gary

that tail shape, from the few w&b's that I have used is the most comfortable, the "high hook" amlost. beautiful blade.
