    Gorgeous blade, love the red/yellow contrast of the scales, although not such a huge fan of the gunstock shape or grain of the scales with this blade. Just my personal taste though, it's a quality job, no doubts there. Like the thumbnotch(es) though - was that on the blade or did you add that in yourself?

    Nicely notched too. Was the double notch intentional or just the result of another action (e.g a regrind to remove a large chip out of the blade's heel)?

    The double notch is how I transition between where the actual thumbnotch feels best for razor balance, and the heel of the blade. If I just threw in the thumbnotch itself, it would look Mickey Moused.
