as you can see a few things on it could have been better. but again keep in mind that this was the second one i did.

Not bad for your second try... I know you didn't ask for help, but if I had one thing to say, I'd say to take a bit more time on the pins. In one of the pics it looks like they are not mushroomed out and down flush to the washer. A few pore light taps around the outside and I think it would be there. Good job though, I am a huge fan of walnut!

I've never used tung oil, but I may have to give it a try. I've done one rescale so far, with the figured mahogany I bought from... wait, who was it.... Oh that's right, I bought it from you! lol (beautiful wood by the way)

Anyway, I finished those with wax, and I like the look on the not so shiny razor I put them on.

    I am STOKED!

This will be my first customized razor. I will naturally have to post ridiculous amounts of pictures and such in show and tell once it arrives.

You can also expect a full review. I don't have any other customs to go on, so I'll just have to compare it to all my other regular razors and see if it looks like something I would buy new.

The pics look great to me!

+1, the walnut is beautiful, I adore the soft brilliance of tung oil, keep it up!
