Awesome work Glen!
Glen, you're quickly building yourself a great reputation as the go-to guy for authentic restorations - this one has all the charm of the original, and I think looks even better than the original!
Great job!
Mark
very classy!!!
cheers.:beer2:
all I can say Is WOW beautifull
Glen, it looks like it just came out of the Solingen Duck Works. ;) Fantastic work as usual, but what really grabs me is how authentic the replacement scales look. I'm one of those nuts that really likes authentic scales on razors.
that duck looks awesome!!! nice job :beer1:
way to go Glen! I think it's about time that we make a call for a wiki article on removing and reapplying inlays like this. Very nice
Glen, that kicks some serious butt! I gotta find a source for cracked ice acrylic/plastic sheets.
Great job! Awe inspiring work. Though inexperienced it really makes me want to break the wet and dry out on my most recent acquisition.:tu
Well, I tried, but I couldn't wait for Monday to try it out.
Very smooth, effortless shave, though not perfect. No fault of the blade, though. I didn't give myself enough time for a leisurely shave before heading out to church, so I was a bit rushed.
The blade has a different feel than my others, though I can't put my finger on the difference. My wife also commented that it sounds different as I shave as well.
I'm sure that tomorrow's shave will be both pleasurable and extremely smooth.
