Dubl Duck Wonderedge Complete Re-build !!!!

Got this from one of the guys here, bad, bad, bad...

I tried using a Gold Acrylic to re-build the scales...

Moving the inlay over did not go near as easy as I was hoping... Luckily Mad Max and were talking about what glue to use the other night in chat so I ran a test strip first otherwise I would have wrecked the new scales with CA... I ended up using 5 min epoxy it almost worked like I had planned :boohoo:

Good Job! Very nice rebuild! I' like to have a question: How do You make the Acrylic scales? Do You mold it or something?

Glen, I'd never be able to know that they were the same razor. It looks fantastic! This one will be going right to the Monday spot in the rotation when it arrives, though I'll probably have to allow myself a test shave with it as well. Mondays can't be all that bad when you get to start out with a shave with something as nice as this.
