For those of you asking for the acrylic source, I have made 3 sets of these so far out of this stuff,, I have another 2 on the bench right now....

I am being very reluctant to give out the source because this stuff is unproven yet in my eyes....

Here is what worries me, I haven't cracked a scale during pinning in almost 18 months I cracked two using this stuff so I am going to do some more testing before I give out the link....(hehe maybe I was just due )
I took the sheets I was cutting out, to about 1/32 thicker and that seems to have solved the problem we shall see...

I have no problem sharing my sources as most of you have already seen but I WILL NOT share unproven or bad sources......

Maybe, if you ask nice, Glen will send you a enough to make a set of scales.

I know it doesn't have anything to do with the scales (well, balance surely plays a part), but boy does thing thing shave nicely. I tried it out this morning (I wanted to wait to have a two day beard, as that is usually my test for new razors...but patience has never been my strong suit).
Very nice, close shave. Hollow, but the balde shaved with the stiffness of a fuller grind, keeping the feedback of a hollow...I think I really really like this blade. I can see me having more of them soon.
