Default Torrey 5/8 in Plain Blue...

Sooo, This torrey was lying around and I decided to try to make some very simple, solid color scales. I had some blue acrylic lying around, and here is the result.

It is a bit boring. I doubt a bidding war will go on over this razor.. its going on e-bay tonight.

I won't be making another set like this unless someone actually requests it.. lol. Regardless, its a nice razor, and, it looks practically brand new. The scales look like they are right out of a factory. I was pretty happy with my job I did on them.

    Thanks for looking guys!

Very nice, as you say, "simple." I like it.

The blade looks super clean and the scales you call "simple" finish it off nicely. It doesn't hurt that those are real nice shavers too.

Brad, nicely done!. I prefer the "simple" scales for the torrey's myself. I think that it suits the blades well. I will keep this on my watch list and if the hubby doesn't totally blow the budget this weekend this one may be mine *Here's to hoping*
