    Default Harner dammy razor

    Deker random Damascus made of 1095and 15n20
    curly UA ironwood with some sapwood showing
    gold wash screws in a 1/8" folder pivot
    the blade is 6/8 of grind but is 15/16 counting the spine with a length of 3 and 1/8 inch
    the spine has been carved in a diamond pattern

    Well it sure it a stunner. I don't know if the scales are prettier or the pattern and the spine work. I'd love to have that razor in my rotation .... the spirit is willing but the bank account is weak.

    Gorgeous razor, Butch! I tend to avoid sapwood & cut it out, but doesn't it give a fantastic contrast?! Beautiful work.

    most the time i too avoid sapwood but the harder woods can be just fine as the sap wood is still harder then some mainstream woods like maple
    that said i would work with any sapwood that looked nice so long as it was stabilized .
    this handle is sealed in CA both inside and out

    this razor is not spoken for
