Customer requested to save scales. Good choice.

I actually saved the original washers, with some careful drilling. The wedge end of these scales were actually never unpinned, I just worked around it.

in order to re-use the washers on the pivot end, the peens had to be a bit larger than the wedge end. Thats about the only giveaway that this razor has been unpinned. I tried to keep it a perfect match otherwise.

It is honed up and delivers an excellent shave.
