I'm impressed with these scales and disappointed that you beat me to doing something like this. Ever since I bought the western diamondback rattler DE from Elite Razor I've been thinking about making some snakeskin scales for one of my straights. Real snakeskin done like this is quite a visual treat.
Luckily, my razor doesn't bite!

I love that Razor, and I thought that it would look great for scales too.
In East Texas, a copperhead skin would be a cool option too!
