Default First scales -- Boker in faux ivory acrylic

Lots of thanks to everyone here at SRP for this, especially Max, Glen and the wiki crew. I got my first Boker from Craigslist recently and the razor was in great condition. Scales were okay but I thought they looked kinda cheap for that razor and I didn't feel like cleaning them.

Not a fan of white scales in general but wanted to have something to compliment the faux-ivory tang. Sent some PMs and Glen offered to send me some extra acrylic he had. Used the old scales as the template and kept it simple. Wedge is from my 3D printer experiment and it turned out pretty sweet. It's clear with a slight yellowish tint and looks great with the faux ivory.

Anyway, here are some images. Comments and questions are appreciated:

    Before:

After shots. Sorry about the weird lighting -- when I realized things looked too white under my fluorescent lights I tried to tone it down:

The spot inside the notch in that last picture was red polishing compound. Didn't even know it was there until I looked at the pictures. Hope to have it honed and tested tomorrow.
