Thanked: 74Electric Cutlery
Not really sure what the scale material is on this one. I got it from jreiter22. Its reddy/brown on the outside and yellow-y/caramel on the inside. Tough stuff too. I went through 2 scroll saw blades cutting out the scales.
The blade is from the Electric Cutlery Company from New York. I wanted to save the etch in the middle of the blade, so it could be a little shinier. It's about 5/8ths and has taken a wicked sharp edge. The hole in the tang is rather oblong, so it makes centering the blade a little tricky.
SS washers and Nickel pins. Wedge is black acrylic.

Nice work!
Scales seem to be Micarta. Shame the blade centre's slightly off, but I suspect it looks more noticable in a zoomed in photo than in the hand.

Now there's an electric razor I'd be happy to use
The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.
