B J Eyre
Here's a BJ Eyre that I found in an antique shop. First faux frameback I've worked on, and I really enjoyed it. Had a bit of rust, so took quite a bit of work. I originally had different scales on it, but just wasn't happy with the final look, so I remade them in ebony.
Brand
B.J. Eyre & Co
Razor
"Challenge", 3/4 Barbers Notch Shoulderless Concave Grind
Age
1830-1870, not quite sure?

Now just have to finish it up and try the shave!

Thanked: 20Those scales are fantastic! I've never seen an ebony set look that good. Very nicely done.

Great work on both the blade and razor.
That's a very very nice razor.

Nice job. I bet that shaves as good as it looks.
The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.
