I have a custom Livi on order of my own blade design, it has a drop blade after the tang very simular to that one. Looks like it would still be nimbel in the hand. The heavy Ironwood will balance the heft from the big blade nicely.

It will be this general blade in that bergamo damascus. Just a blade, I am making a set of blue stabilized buckeye burl scales to go with it, or natural gray, haven t decided yet.

Once it is in scales, the lines will all flow nice. All the curves and coves will make the damasks layering pop. It is going to be a huge chopper of a razor.

I like 'Fat Bob'. I took a look at it on your web page and almost ordered it but had to refrain. That Livi it tapping me pretty hard. If it was not in the queue I would have ordered it. I like the razor. Wish I had the skills and gear to forge my own blades. I will stick with wood working and get my blades from those more talented than I.
