After seeing this, I'm going to reconsider those razors I pass on because of damaged covered tangs. That material you used is beautiful. I was planning to try my hand at wood scales first, but I've worked with acrylic before and always liked the way it handled. This razor is inspiring!
Where did you get the acrylic?
I was going to try these guys:
Masecraft Supply for knife making supplies, inlay materials, pool cue and pen making supplies.
Amazing!

The acrylic that is on this razor is from www.woodpenpro.com
but you have to dig deep for the oversized 1x1x6 size It has to be 6 inch + length or it will be too short, trust me here the standard penblanks will not S T R E C H
If you can rip your own blanks you can get some different patterns by how you cut the blamks...
