Nice as always Max. It's funny but Thephill has been after me to order some of that Blaze Orange G10 for about the last month or so and I kept telling him no. In my exact words "really an orange razor" but now that I have seen one
DAMN!! well done Max

Awsome Max, just makes me wonder what I could pull off with some better tools! Keep it up!

Alright, so Max and I have done re-scales like this on Ducks, I remember someone doing a Lifetime a while back, any others out there? I'd love to see some pics of more custom Ducks. I can say first hand that the brass is a PAIN to work with and to get to fit nicely so hats off to you Max! Now I just need order some orange G10 . Slight here, sorry.

Thanked: 1903Here's one from the "teach a man how to fish" department:
- Go here: The Workshop - Straight Razor Place Forums
- Click on "Search this forum"
- Search for this phrase: "mirror AND finish" ("AND" being a logical operator to search for this phrase exactly)
- There is an illustrated tutorial with all the tools, techniques, and stuff you need for a mirror finish in the Wiki: Hand sanding a blade - Straight Razor Place Wiki.
If you allow me a personal note, I do not quite consider hijacking a thread like this one (instead of opening a new one in the correct forum) without doing even a minimum amount of research on your own (which would, as shown above, have rendered more than adequate results within less than a minute) gentlemanly behaviour.
Regards,
Robin
PS: Max, feel free to move these two posts to an appropriate forum. They distract from the beauty of that razor.
