A nice Custom Restore for 1971Wedge to match his S/N this is a wedge alright I see no hollow at all...Should be some fun to hone today...
A nice old Heavy Honking Wedge probably 1871 instead of 1971 though hehehe
This one didn't need much metal polish I just tweaked up the work that had already been done. I did however have to sleeve the pivot hole as it was way oversize..
I went with the Horn Acrylic on this, and used a rather nice angled off flared look to the wedge end to keep her on balance, she actually balances to the tang even with all the metal out front... The wedge is Black acrylic and the pins are triple stacked Bi-metal for the older bullseye look...

Yep the owner here really really really likes this one. I'm glad you went with the Horn Acrylic...I can't wait to get that one. That is...awesome...I'm gonna be afraid to shave now...
