Custom 8/8's with Longhorn scales
This one is a nice 8/8's razor with jimps top and bottom and a forefinger notch. It has a highly polished mirror finish. The wedge is cow bone. Most likely not Longhorn. The horns though definitly are. Rode the bike to Waco and picked them up myself. It took 4 days and 7 boilings and pressings to get the scales flat. A lot of time and effort...but worth it. If you are boiling horn in the kitchen you must also have an understanding wife!!!
As usual, Thanks for looking

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Very nice!
Really love the variation the white marbling in the horn brings to the scales (can't explain why but I've always been more fond of horn with marbling vs. pure black, brown, or blonde).John
