Mad Max De-Pewed my DePew's
Just got this beauty in the mail today. Haven't taken any snaps of my own, so I'll borrow Max's.

I am so jealous. Living in Detroit and having an old English D tattoo I now am on a mission to find a blade just like that.
Looks absolutely beautiful by the way.

Old tattooer Sailor Jerry Collins would say that razor shines like a new dime in a goat's .... well ... never mind. That is the nicest copy of a De Pew's I've ever seen Dylan. Congrats and smooth shaving.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Wow. Max strikes again! That's quite a nice specimen you have there
One the note of a shiny De Pew's, I have seen quite a few of these around, and I've never seen one that was even somewhat shiny that hadn't been restored.
Is this common condition limited to the ones that I've seen?
Did the De Pew's use a different type of steel that hasn't aged as well as others from the same period?
