Waterproof extra strong bond epoxy. You know the one you see in the commercials where they hang Granny up against the ceiling. You get the idea.
Not all of them. This one was in real bad shape. I guess the water and humidity that crawled between the original tang covers during all these years must have slowly rusted the steel.
Belts, Buffer, Greaseless, Rouges,.. the whole 9 yards. I do occasionally still hand sand between the wheels when needed.

It would be hard to resist sticking that in the ol' tuxedo pocket to show off at a formal occasion!
Do you buy the micarta, or fabricate it yourself?
