    Thous are absolutely Beautiful scales and I agree with mikew the softened edges on the wedge actually enhance the look not detract from it. Very elegant.
    Olive wood is one of my favorites to work with but boy dose it clog sand paper fast. Id'e be interested in knowing what type of oil you use for finish it looks fantastic. If you don't mind sharing that info please PM me the details.
