    It is a conventional grind, I have been thinking about trying an asymmetric but have not done one yet.

    How long is the blade & how did you finish the wire ends ?

    The blade edge is about 2 3/8 it is about 6/8 wide.
    The wire end on the tang end was put in a drilled hole then soldered in. on the end by the blade I soldered the coils together so that it would not unwind.
