Default My first ever Wade and Butcher 5/8

Im new to this, so I apoligize if I dont post something properly. This is my first ever full restore. I made the Scales From African Ebony and sanded it with 1000 grit wet paper for what seemed like a lifetime and the wedge I made from white alboya burl. (wanted to keep it all wood) I used Greaseless Compound up to 400 grit and some emery and rouge to polish along with 2 hours of hand polishing on the blade. Tried to take some artistic photos but need some work on those! Hope you like it. Pointers would be Great! Thanks (last pic is the next project)

Great job. I'd sure like to have it in my rotation. Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing more of your restorations.

Great razor there...those smaller W&B's really get pushed aside for the big ones, but they are really good shavers.

Welcome to SRP & restoraholicism. Great first job.
