Default Coles 5/8 Frozen Temper in Snakewood

This is the first set of scales I have done in Snakewood and I have to say I think they messed up on the name of this wood... They should have named it Ironwood and Ironwood something else...Super hard, very dense, quite pretty and very expensive...
But after honing and shaving this razor, it is worth the effort, super smooth edge, easy as all get out to hone up, reminded me of a DD Wonderedge... I had never heard of the brand, stamped "Coles NY - Germany" Solingen - Stainless #806
This one heads home today, hope you enjoy it Eric...

Snakewood Scales / Re-con Turquoise wedge / Bi-metal washers / NiAg pins / CA finish..

That looks great! Just had to check on it from work after seeing on phone.

    Great job as always!

I always love seeing my G-brothers wooden scales. They always rock. Gorgeous wood and off course the g-maestro's touch.

Whoa, nice job. That looks great with the wood. I think I might go get some snakewood today after seeing that.
