First set of scales...without a blade
I think I worked 3 hours on these...only to realize that I had made them too short for my Filarmonica 13. They're technically my second set of scales, but the first completed set.
All I used was a dremel with a cutting wheel and a sanding drum, a power drill with a 1/16 bit, and sand paper for this one. Oh and a buffer to buff the scales after the sanding

Definitely well done-- I am impressed that you used a dremel... many see them as a way to get something done fast instead of right. You obviously took the time to do it right!
Bet you'll find something to put in them.

Looking good!
Have you considered taking the dremel to the filly? You could still make that baby fit!
Disclaimer. I take no responsibility should you be mental enough to take me up on this advice.

Thanks for all the compliments guys. I'm going to make another set like these (but the right size) on Monday.
