Rangoon, Wade & Butcher, W. Greaves in Horn
This weekends batch... really nice razors I got to rescale here, always a pleasure!
The greaves' cutting edge is 3 3/8" long. Just insanely long...huge tang..
double-pinned wedges were requested, as were the stacked washers..and the scale shapes too.
The wedges are all unbleached cow bone, which I cut down from cow knuckle bones I buy at the pet shop.
Two got brass lined wedges, and one got silver lined wedges
The Rangoon was in pretty rough shape..some nasty pitting when I got it.
I re-worked the point and it got a 45 min session of greaseless and polishing compounds.
Hope you guys enjoy!Last edited by Undream; 08-09-2010 at 04:08 AM.

sweet brad! Besides the awesome work, I was really glad to see the rangoon. So far, this is the 2nd I've seen (including mine) and I've been looking to see another pop up.
Stellar work though Brad.

Looks great, and I love the lined bone wedges! Nice razor porn too.
What does the frosted etching on the W&B say?

Thanked: 1072Nice work Brad. I love the wedge ends on the Greaves and the W&B. The lined cow bone and double pins are just spectacular.
