Default Dovo Inox in Hunter Orange G-10

I'm sure everyone who has ever owned one of these has had "rescale" in the back of their mind... Every set of dovo inox scales I've seen have been less than stellar quality.. this one was no exception.

Hunter orange was requested. Doesn't really suit my taste, but, to each their own. NiAg hardware, ivory micarta wedge.

Making scales that weren't overpowering the blade was incredibly difficult..and the fact they were Hunter Orange didn't help! I tried my best!

As you said, to each his own, but this orangie IMHO is stunningly beautiful...fantastic craftsmanship!

    Great work Brad!

I actually really like the orange, it looks good and kinda 70's as well, which is never a bad thing...!

Very nice work! I like the orange as well, probably because it reminds me of hunting season.

Brad, you did a great job. I can only assume this thing is going to a Tennessee Vols fan...

I must say, that considering the orangeyness of the situation, you really have made the very best of it. Beautiful design on those!

This one looks very nice. G-10 in any color is too cool.

Thanks for whipping up some scales in this color combo. I have some hunter orange in the mail and a piece of ivory micarta that is too small for scales anymore, but ample for wedges. The colors look good together.

Now will rescaling a big friodur be too much orange? That's the real question......

btw. nice work. I like the shape of the scales. Works nicely with the shape of the blade.
