Default Recent Work - W&B, LEWIS, and a Knife (Pic Heavy)

Here are some recent rescales and a little experiment with a folding knife kit.

The first is a Amboyna and Mape 8/8 W&B Barbers Use with black vulcanized fiber liner.

Next up is a stunning razor given to me to rescle. This one was made by the forums Charlie Lewis (spazola). I just love the primitive design of this blade. So awesome in every way. The owner just really, really wanted ebony on this razor, but there was nothing wrong with the previous scales at all. This is one sweet razor.

And last, isn't a razor but I wanted to do an experiment with a kit from knifekits.com. Ebony scales with white/black liner with a mosaic pin and some simple filework on the liners.

Wow two great looking razors and a cool looking knife! The blade on the Lewis looks great and is perfectly complimented by the simple though very clean and well done scales. The W&B's scales are truely a work of art. All in all two very special razors.

As always, well executed and elegant looking scales. I like Spazola's the most.

Your scales are beautiful as always. Those WB scales are very classy looking.

I am proud to see the blade I made in your scales, it is awesome.

Amboyna is one of my favorite burls and I love the way you incorporated the bleached piece. Very, very nice. And that frameback is amazing. Kudos.
