Basically a different geometry in that the non folder is asymmetrical & the folder evenly ground on both sides. The other things you mention are to a degree, subjective.

Yes I thought it was a great design too. It is not totally unique though. As creative as I may think I am, this design is a semi-copy of Bob's own custom as described in this thread "Custom Longhorn Scales".

I sent him this drawing, a change in the tail shape and soon I will have my own version of Bob's original.

It should be a fun razor to shave with. Thanks again Bob, I look forward to its test drive.
