    Default 8/8 custom swayback...thanks Bambi

I made this one for old Bob who lives down the road. Imagine, another Bob in this town...what are the odds????

It is an 8/8's sway back French point with jimps top and bottom, full hollow ground with a bright mirror finish. Wedge is aluminium.

The scales are Whitetail deer antler, almost a center cut, with lots of the spongelike marrow showing. They have a thick, glasslike epoxy finish and I must say that these are probably the best looking scales I have made yet. The pictures really don't do them justice.

    As always, Thanks for looking

I agree, those are probably some of the best scales that I've ever seen, both manly and elegant at the same time. I have some elk antler laying around that I've been considering rescaling a Simmons in, you just sealed the deal. Thanks for sharing.
