Surely its obvious
You have to activate the service agreement with Sears - at which point you send them the razor, they send it to this guy near Sandpoint, ID, and you get it back with a great edge. What could be more simple?

You're funny Glen. My grandson knows why it didn't hone itself. Did you say "please"? If it's a famale razor, maybe you have to buy it a dress first.
