    Default My Latest Restores

#1: Carl Monkhouse C-Mon Blackie w/ Blue scales which are my first homade scales.Still have to polsh pins to get peen marks out.Shaves like a dream.

#2: DD Wonderedge.Scales are from a DD and the blade is a WM Elliot. This is a temporary set up till I find a Wonderedge blade. Shaves just as good as the real thing.

#3: Sterling Razor Co. Round point as found.A little polish along with some gold leaf and this is what I ended up with. Shaves very well.

All these razors are what I dug up at my local antique shops during Thanksgiving weekend.

    HAPPY SHAVING!!!!!!!!!

Nice work, Al! I like what you did with the Blackie. That certainly is a unique look, and I think it works very nicely.

Good to see you around the forum and restoring, as well!

Nice haul you scored there. You've got them looking sweet too.

Al, you need to stop cleaning them up and getting attached to them, then you might start selling them again.

    Looking good though!!
