Frederick Reynolds Sheffield - Wedge - G10 Tan
Here's a Frederick Reynolds 6/8 wedge that needed some work. As you can tell by the pictures it had the usual pitting and blemishes.
The razor got a full regrind. I used an 8" wheel. Started with a 120 grit all the way to 3000 grit belt and finished hand sanding to a mirror polish. It turned out near wedge with a slight tendency to 1/4 hollow. But I still consider it near wedge.
Scales are G10 Tan with silver nickel pins, brass/silver nickel washers. G10 Red tapered wedge.
I test shaved this puppy and it shaves like a dream. Have a great WK.
