    Nice CNC job. Now that you have the program you can consider using other woods and even other materials.

    Yes, I normally work with metal and plastics, but wood cuts even smoother on the mill, and I have been looking at some of the exotic woods that are normally used for pens and other things.

    The thing I was thinking is if the scales are made of a certain wood or material to match the case to the scales.

    Sure, I can put felt or leather or even a plastic insert.

    I can also make the insert slot the exact shape of the razor outline if you wanted the razor to lay flat.

    That is very true. Make the colors contrast would make the razor stand out
