    Default Scales for a Barber

I made this for a Barber. Her dog had chewed her razor and ruined the scales. It is a disposable blade type. The material is Gold Poly Pearl from Masecraft, the wedge is bone. Hardware is brass.

Great job. Her dog is lucky it wasn't a real straight, he could have been cut bad.

That turned out pretty. She's going to be proud working with that tool.

I did a similar one in g10, and telescoped brass tubes in the hollow "bevel" area. Brought the balance around well.

I love the way that material just shines and shimmers. Also cool that so many different colors available.

Almost there. I would like to pic up a goldedge and a lifetime/grim reaper at some point. I doubt I'll find one reasonably priced on ebay...maybe I'll get lucky antiquing this weekend. *fingers crossed*

I doubt I'll be able to pick up either without paying custom prices.

I've been sticking with the less pricey Specials and Dwarf.
