Thanked: 203First and Second Razors-New Photos
Hi Guys,
after poor pics last time i read through the threads on photographing razors. Thanks to those that suggested them. So now here are some new pics of the razors i posted a few weeks ago. Much better, and they will definitely keep improving with practice.
The first is inspired by Japanese razors and also has a silky oak storage box lined in blue felt.
The second is a quarter hollow with extended monkey tail, dymonwood scales and wedge in "fuscia" colour scheme and mosaic pins.
Both are RWL34 steel.
Both have been used extensively now, so aren't quite showroom condition anymore.
Four more in the works i will finish as soon as the workshop dries out after the heavy rain and floods here.
Regards,Respectfully,
Adam.

Thanked: 1072Thanks mate, pics are getting much better.
First one: Very nice, cool looking razor, how does it feel in the hands while shaving?
Second one: Great lookin razor I like the shoulderless grind you've achieved there, and I'm a big fan of a monster monkey tail.

Thanked: 203Thanks Guys,
Grant - i find the Non folder light and easy in the hand. To improve though, next time i would not taper the tang as much {maybe not at all depending on balance} and would angle the grip up from the razor spine just to improve the handling a little.
Every one is a learning experience.
CiaoRespectfully,
Adam.
