    I love this design!

    Very inspirational for the non-folder idea I have rolling around in my head!

    Great work. What size of contact wheel did you use for each side? 100mm for the smaller and 300 mm for the almort flat?

    What was your "edge thickness" before heat treatment to avoid to see the blade twist??

    The small side was ground with a 4" wheel, the big side was ground with an 8" wheel. I moved the razor around a bit while grinding the big side it has a bigger radius than the 8" wheel. I ground several troughs/grooves then blended them together.

    I do not remember the exact edge thickness before heattreat. I tend to leave edges a little thick, it was probably in the range of .040".- .050".
