Default Some of my recently made DEs

In connection with shaving brushes I decided to make some DEs.

    Thumbs up

Wowwww...These are really impressive (like your brushes) . Also curious about the finish? How do you waterproof it?

    So, as for the finish:

    1. After turning I polish the wood with 120-240-500-1000 sandpaper
    2. After that I did polishing job with aluminia-oxide polishing compound
    3. Then CCL Wood Sealer is applied
    4. After CCL I apply 6-8 thin coats of hard Carnauba Wax
    5. In the end I apply 2-3 thin coats of Renissance Wax (for fingerproof)

This way seems excellent to me and more of that you can read here: https://www.brisa.fi/portal/index.ph...d=17&Itemid=15

The heads are bought from TGN.

    Hello, King2011:

Strikingly attractive razors. I commend you for your artistry, my good man. By the way, what shave heads have you used to for the razors?

    Regards,

    Obie
