Thanked: 240I shaved with this beauty for the second time last night, and it's like starting straights all over again. Not only is this my first kamasori style razor it's my first fixed blade and I have to say the learning curve is steep. I've been watching JimR's video and hopefully I'll soon develop the same skill with this as I have with the western straight. Because a razor this great deserves to be used properly and at the time my skills are lacking, but they are improving! Thanks again Philip it was great working with you and the quality of your work is top notch.

To put it quite mildly, I am gobsmacked stunned! The Asymmetry of the blade and scale make it one of the finest creations I have seen on any forum! Of course, the perfection of workmanship counts a lot to make that a perfect "10!"

Thanked: 14Philip
I'm new to your work, but I see a strong individuality in your style that I really like; very clean craftsmanship too. The result is functionally beautiful. Thanks for sharing the pictures.Last edited by kingping; 03-04-2012 at 06:48 AM. Reason: spelling.
