Talking about 'nice' old ladies. I was checking out the usual antique store I drop into on my way back from 'going bush' today. I had a look at a KROPP (In a Puma box) she had under the counter. It looked like it once was a 5/8 worn down to a 4/8 with the toe looking closer to 3/8. I commented that it had bad hone wear and that the coffin was for a different branded razor, and that perhaps priced a little high for all this. The comment I got in return was..."It's not worn at all...Just well used. My prices are fair!" I put the razor down and looked her in the eye and bluntly stated, "More like abused! And your prices are fair to who?!" I don't know if she honestly thought I was trying to knock her over-inflated profit margins down or what, but she's a stubborn old bird all the same.
