John Milner "Redwedge"
This one is a very old John Milner , warranted "near wedge" 6/8. I did not grind on it, but polished it fully. The backside scale was broken, and was replaced. I could not resist some "custom" touches, so I made a wedge of Mesonite and sanded down and redrilled some sterling beads from the Hobby Lobby. Babur's collars run through the beads and the scales. I am happy with the outcome, very tight and straight! I always thought John Milner drove the duece coupe in American Grafitti! Different John, I suppose!
Happy 4th and thanks! Tom"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

Nice restore there sharpt. I wanna know how you seem to have a limitless supply of vintage ivory & bone scales hehe.
The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

Not limitless, Oz! Dwindling I would say! Years of snagging old broken razors for a scale half here and there! I confess to being a bone/ivory fiend! Nothing feels so fine in the hand, IMHO. Someday, I will have to get a bandsaw and make some! Thanks!
