    My first dance with it was wonderful. I taped the spine until I had a good bevel, then honed it normal on the Shapton GS's through 8K & finished on a Y/G Escher I got from Sham about a year ago. It was a wonderful shave. The weight and it being at least 1/4 wedge really gave a squeegee effect. Only had time for two passes and I had a nice & smooth shave.
