    Default 7/8's Hugalt in horn

Here is the last of the 'work on your own' restorations from last weekend. Pics are prior to honing which Jr and I did yesterday. Nothing done to the blade except for a light cleaning. The scales are buffalo horn, pins nickel silver, washers stainless steel and the wedge is bone.

Ya shouldn't feel so bad. These have been sitting around for a few months before I 'made time' to work on them. Don't try to squeak the work into a time slot. Work on them when you can put whatever time you need into them and you'll like the results more.

Absolutely gorgeous...love the pins too! What's your secret in getting them cone shaped or is that just an optical illusion due to the beauty & craftsmanship?

That's a sweet blade! Not too often do you see etching on both sides. Excellent job!
