    Default Custom 7/8 Black Canvas

Here is a custom 7/8 that I just finished up.

O1 Precision Ground Oil Hardening Steel 1/4 Ground
    Black Canvas - Phenolic Laminate
Crystal Ice - Solid Surface Spacer
    Hex Head Stainless pivot Pin
Old 38 shell casing (brass) front ring pass through
Blade finish Shiny/Even brush Tang "mirror like"-clean, not perfect
Jimps and file work on shank

Well, thats about it, don't hesitate to let me know what you think. I do value your opinion.

    Best Regards

Wow! VERY VERY COOL! The more I look at it the more I like it! Nice flowing lines on the scales, A scalloped type jimping on top with a smidge on the tail. I love the use of the 38 brass on the end(so you glued the pieces together yes?)Never seen that and an uber cool look to it. Why the SS Torx screw though? Just to change from the brass or for function of take down? Only thing I would change is maybe do a triple pin instead of the Torx. NiAg rod with brass and Ni Ag washers to flow together the two colors(thats just me but It would be an honored part of any collection as is!!)
    Fantastic!!!

Yep, cool is the word that came into my mind too. Very cool, love the file work on the tang and the shell casing is awesome.

Simply beautiful. I like the pass through ring, gives more options for storage.

Very well done. Great lines and the scales are very original. It's got a great combination of classic and modern going on. Love to hear how it shaves...
