Cool One of mine a Kinfolks "Top Notch"

I snagged this one up because it had no hone wear and I had honed one of them some time back, awesome shavers... I have an affinity for all NY made razors..

Ok... I'll bite: Glen, how did you get those scales so clean?

BTW, nice job on all of them!

I always love to see 'restore to original' when applicable. Stellar work brother. I bet you held your breath on a few when de-pinning.

Actually an old Toothbrush and a handful of Comet cleanser, sitting at the Kitchen sink and gently cleaning them up,,, (make sure you clean the sink after as this keeps the wifey very happy)

Look at that stress crack that was in the DD on the center pin, typical DD scales the center post was a bit too big so the scales started to stress out... I was so so careful pulling that one apart, then putting it back together Luckily the crack is only internal on the scale, so it held and now that the stress is relieved, it should be fine for another 50-60 years...

Glen, WoW! Great work. That Satinedge stands out like the sunrise on the first day of bow huntin season!

    Best Regards

You Customs are always a treat to see, but I love your vintage the most. They're gorgeous.
