I snagged this one up because it had no hone wear and I had honed one of them some time back, awesome shavers... I have an affinity for all NY made razors..

Thanked: 13234Actually an old Toothbrush and a handful of Comet cleanser, sitting at the Kitchen sink and gently cleaning them up,,, (make sure you clean the sink after as this keeps the wifey very happy)
Look at that stress crack that was in the DD on the center pin, typical DD scales the center post was a bit too big so the scales started to stress out... I was so so careful pulling that one apart, then putting it back together Luckily the crack is only internal on the scale, so it held and now that the stress is relieved, it should be fine for another 50-60 years...Last edited by gssixgun; 08-22-2011 at 09:58 PM.
