Default wrought Iron & 1095 9/8s, Louisiana Lip Lopper

Here is a 9/8s + razor, the blade is made up of a piece of 1095 sandwiched between to pieces of wrought iron. It is a big chunk of a blade. The scales are black G10. The wrought iron blank was made when I was visiting Dan Graves in Louisiana.

I'll let Charlie tell us for sure, but I'm going to guess a dremel. They look similar to his "experimenting with textures" razor in another thread.

Die grinder + pent up aggression + G10 = Gnarly scales

I like the way they look, they look organic to my eyes.

This is really cool. Old technology blade, space age scales. Perfect marriage of old and new. Excellent! No end view, but I'm assuming it's a wedge.

Yes, it is a wedge, I wanted to keep as much of the iron as I could.

Me too. It does not take a razor fashion guru to see that the ensemble works very well. It looks like an old rough and ready
