    Hi Ken,

Did you weigh out the 4 holes or was that designed beforehand? How is it balanced out?

Kenny, another fine blade. I love the contrasting metals. The water droplets on the blade are a nice touch for the pics. Well done.

Nope. The holes were just part of my original sketch. I suppose in the long run they helped to lighten the load a little and in turn the graduated surface on the handle gave me some reprieve also. Weight is 3.1 oz. Not that it is "light" but certainly not bad for those whom enjoy very large razors. The balance is excellent.

    Best Regards
    Ken

Pictures tell more than a thousand words

this makes it holds very good

    with a 9/8" (around 2,8cm width) henkotsu

    with a 2,1cm henkotsu

this is such an awesome razor. Its really flexible despite the wide blade because it has a short edge. Shaves are really smooth and very close. Not as close as the shaves with the 9/8" henkotsu but nearby.
